Cheetahs
Cheetahs (Acinonyx jubatus) are medium cats that can be found across Africa. They are currently listed as vulnerable on the IUCN Red List although recent population decline has led for calls to reclassify them as endangered. There are estimated to be only around 7,100 left in the wild.
Females tend to be solitary while males tend to live in small groups, often with their siblings.
